The insulation product we are championing to provide the best insulation efficiency is "Rigid Closed Cell Polyurethane Foam".  The specific brand is our own (formulated and manufactured) - ENDURATHANE.

By general construction/maintenance staff if using sheets or hand pour.

History

Polymer Group Ltd has been servicing the market with an installation service for polyurethane foam for 15-20 years.  We are the sole formulator and manufacturer of Polyurethane foam in New Zealand, a market we have serviced for over 25 years.

Endurathane 245/60 - Rigid Moulding

The combination of smooth, hard skins and good mechanical properties at low gross weights coupled with good processing characteristics and wide design freedom, makes ENDURATHANE 245/60 ideal for applications such as decorative and ornamental mouldings, furniture, wall-panelling (wood grain reproduction) panel doors, ornamental legs, decorative drawer fronts and cupboard doors, and many other conventionally wooden products.

Endurathane 2625NF-100R - Injection Insulation

ENDURATHANE 2625NF-100R has been developed especially for the insulation of domestic hot water cylinders, dairy tanks, pipelines and panels where good flow and ease of machine processability is required. In some applications a higher density version may be necessary. Please consult your Polymer Group representative for a recommendation if in doubt.
