Waterproofing & Coating Membranes
Waterproofing is a major requirement in any property asset protection programme. Polymer Group has pioneered the use of high performance, seamless, in-situ polyurethane membranes. These materials are bonded directly to the substrate in liquid form and then cured to a tough, resilient and wear resistant barrier which eliminates the ingress of water into any building structure. The seamless nature of the material coupled with the tenacious adhesion characteristic of polyurethane materials eliminates all joints and seams and prevents the tracking of water beneath the membrane. Polyurethane and polyurea materials provide excellent, durable performance under the most severe conditions for a variety of applications. This is the chemistry of the future.
Polytuff Waterproof Membrane
An architectural and anti skid water catalysed waterproofing urethane membrane. Performs extremely well as a high build decorative membrane for concrete, concrete blocks, hardies cement sheet, plywood and plaster. Possesses excellent flexible properties. High impact resistance. It's strong, hard wearing and chemically resistant nature makes it suitable for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Suitable for all waterproofing applications. Available in smooth, fine anti skid and medium anti skid options in grey and also in grey with black fleck. Basic use is as a falexible waterproofing membrane and resilient anti skid surface. Has other applications such as for patching broken concrete, flexible covings, under and over tile waterproofing, parking buildings and crack repairs.
