Injection Foam

ENDURATHANE injection foams are low density, highly energy efficient, general purpose insulation and buoyancy medium suitable for application by machine injection. A number of the ENDURATHANE injection foams are formulated with HFC as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential.ENDURATHANE injection foams are fire retarded with good self-extinguishing properties, coupled with low thermal conductivity and permeability, good mechanical strength, chemical resistance and dimensional stability.

Endurathane 3325M

Low density injection grade insulation foam

ENDURATHANE 3325M is a low density, highly energy efficient, injection foam. Use with Endurathane Part A . ENDURATHANE 3325M is formulated with HFC as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential. ENDURATHANE 3325M is a fire retarded grade with good self-extinguishing properties, coupled with low thermal conductivity and permeability, good mechanical strength, chemical resistance and dimensional stability.

Daltofoam MA02174

Daltofoam MA 02174 is an injection grade panel insulation foam. Daltofoam MA 02174 is a fully formulated polyol blend designed to react with Endurathane Part A isocyanate to produce rigid polyurethane insulation foam. This blend contains pentane. The system is primarily designed for use in the manufacture and insulation of refrigerators and freezers.
