Spray Foam

Endurathane spray foam provides the most efficient thermal insulation value of any building material. Because Endurathane spray foam is sprayed-in-place, there are no gaps, seams or fasteners to act as thermal bridges.

Endurathane spray foam may be rapidly installed to large areas of roofing by high productivity spray equipment. Labour costs are minimised as the liquid applied system conforms and adheres to complex roof shapes and details with no need for mechanical flashings, fasteners or fittings.

The resin and isocyanate components are processed using heated plural airless spray equipment.

Description

Endurathane sprayed-in-place foam creates a one piece, seamless, self-flashing barrier which is fully bonded to the substrate.  Closed cell construction prevents the passage of liquid water. Endurathane spray foams are formulated to provide an ideal, uniform prepared surface to accept a liquid-applied waterproofing membrane. Endurathane spray foam also adheres strongly to the prepared substrate, improving structural integrity of fragile substrates.

RECOMMENDED USES: insulation of tanks, building roofs, walls and floors, ship cool rooms, freezers and fish holds.

Endurathane SR42M

Endurathane SR42M spray foam is a fully formulated polyol blend designed to react with Endurathane Part A isocyanate to produce a low density spray polyurethane foam system suitable for structural applications.  The two components are processed using plural airless spray equipment.

Endurathane SR42M is formulated with HFC as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential, as well as below the “Greenstar” VOC threshold.

Endurathane SR43M

Endurathane SR43M is a fully formulated spray foam polyol blend designed to react with Endurathane Part A isocyanate to produce a low density (48 kg/m3) spray grade insulation foam system suitable for structural applications. Endurathane SR43M spray foam has a high compressive strength and is designed for roofing applications to support foot traffic.

Endurathane SR43M is formulated with HFC as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential, as well as below the “Greenstar” VOC threshold.

Endurathane SR52

Endurathane SR52 is a fully formulated spray foam polyol blend designed to react with Endurathane Part A isocyanate to produce a low density (35 kg/m3) spray grade insulation foam with exceptional fire resistance

Endurathane SR52 spray foam system is used to insulate tanks, in conjunction with a spray-applied elastomeric membrane, for industries as diverse as petrochemicals and brewing.  It is also used to insulate galvanised iron ducting for domestic heating/cooling systems.

Endurathane SR52 spray foam system is also used internally to insulate pig, poultry and other agricultural shedding or in conjunction with a spray-applied elastomeric membrane, to seal (gas-tight) grain stores to allow gaseous fumigation.

Endurathane SR52 spray foam system is also used for construction of cool stores and to seal the joints in existing EPS/metal cool stores.

Endurathane SR52 spray foam system is a highly fire retarded polyisocyanurate foam system.
