PROJECT:  Vulkem Crack Repairs – Polyurea 2.0mm Membrane

PROJECT SPECIFICATION:  Tremco Vulkem 350R, Polyurea at 2 litres/m² (nominal 2.0mm thickness) over the entire roof area

Project Specification:  

Strip the old membrane.  Rout out all cracks.  Apply the membrane sealant into the cracks.  Stripe coat all the cracks with Vulkem 350R and inlay a reinforced bandage.

Apply 2.0mm elastomeric liquid applied polyurethane membrane.

Finish coat with 2.0 mm thickness sprayed polyurea.
