General Purpose Insulation Foam

ENDURATHANE general purpose foams are low density, highly energy efficient, general purpose insulation and buoyancy foams suitable for application by machine injection and bucket and drill mix technique. ENDURATHANE general purpose foams are formulated with HFC as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential. ENDURATHANE general purpose foams are fire retarded with good self-extinguishing properties, coupled with low thermal conductivity and permeability, good mechanical strength, chemical resistance and dimensional stability.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Pipe insulation
  • Buoyancy chambers
  • Insulated building panels
  • Refrigerated transport trailers
  • Refrigerated containers
  • Commercial display cabinets
  • Walk-in coolers/freezers
  • Fish holds & freezers
  • Laminated composites for:- low cost insulation boards, roofing and wall panels.

Description

Endurathane 3345S

ENDURATHANE 3345S is a low density, highly energy efficient, general purpose insulation and buoyancy medium suitable for handpour or machine application. Use with Endurathane Part A or Suprasec 5005.

ENDURATHANE 3345S is formulated with HFO as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential and extremely low global warming potential.

ENDURATHANE 3345S is a fire retarded grade with good self-extinguishing properties, coupled with low thermal conductivity and permeability, good mechanical strength, chemical resistance and dimensional stability.

Endurathane GP38M

General purpose 40 kg/m3 insulation, buoyancy and moulding foam

Endurathane GP38M is a fully formulated 40 kg/m3 insulation, buoyancy and moulding foam polyol blend designed to react with Endurathane Part A isocyanate to make a general purpose rigid polyurethane foam with good moulding characteristics.

Endurathane GP38M is formulated with HFC as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential, as well as below the “Greenstar” VOC threshold.

Endurathane GP48M

Endurathane GP48M is a fully formulated 48 kg/m3 insulation, buoyancy and moulding foam polyol blend designed to react with Endurathane Part A isocyanate to make a general purpose rigid polyurethane foam with good moulding characteristics.

Endurathane GP48M is formulated with HFC as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential, as well as below the “Greenstar” VOC threshold.
