ENDURATHANE Hot Water Cylinder Foam has been developed especially for the insulation of domestic and commercial hot water cylinders, dairy tanks, pipelines and panels where good flow and ease of machine processability is required. ENDURATHANE Hot Water Cylinder Foam is a low density, rigid polyurethane foam system with dual gas blowing mechanism utilising the latest blowing agent technology, maximising insulation value and other physical properties. Good flow, medium to fast reactivity and positive cure are features which contribute to rapid processing and high productivity.  These properties are coupled with good mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity and ease of handling.

Endurathane HW30M

Endurathane HW30M is a fully formulated polyol blend designed to react with Endurathane Part A to make high performance polyurethane foam for insulating hot water appliances.

Endurathane HW30M is formulated with hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential and low global warming potential.

ENDURATHANE HW30M is a fire retarded grade with good self-extinguishing properties, coupled with low thermal conductivity, good mechanical strength and dimensional stability.

Endurathane HW29P

Endurathane HWP29 is a fully formulated polyol blend designed to react with Endurathane Part A to make a polyurethane foam primarily used for insulating hot water appliances.

Endurathane HWP29 is formulated with Pentane as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential and zero global warming potential.
