 Temporary Closure due to Covid-19.

New Zealand’s Covid-19 alert level has risen to three and the country will go into a full lockdown at 11.59pm on Wednesday, as directed by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern.  The country now has over 150 confirmed Covid-19 cases and the Ministry of Health says the virus is spreading in the community.  The Prime Minister warned the lockdown could be extended for longer than 4 weeks if the spread of the virus was not brought under control.  Full details are available on the official government website at covid19.govt.nz/.

Polymer Group Ltd, is not captured as an essential service for “critical infrastructure or immediate need to maintain human health and safety at work/home”.  The Prime Minister said non-essential businesses in NZ must all close.  She said these decisions would place the most significant restrictions on New Zealanders’ movements in modern history,  and has advised that the failure of anyone to play their part in the coming days would put the lives of others at risk.

Please be advised that Polymer Group Ltd will be closing temporarily and will not be able to despatch or manufacture during this time.  We will endeavour to keep the lines of communication open and will be monitoring email and phone traffic.  If you have any specific enquiries, projects you are working on or require technical assistance please contact:
